This series of pumps are horizontal single-stage multi-suction segmented centrifugal pumps. They adopt the hydraulic model of high-efficiency and energy-saving products recommended by the country, and they occupy the leading position in the industry. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long life, convenient installation and maintenance, etc.
It can be used to transport clear water without solid particles (abrasive), suspended solids or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clear water. It can also be used to change the material of the pump (or the material of the pump's over-flow part), seal form and increase the cooling system to transport hot water, oil, corrosive or abrasive media.

Horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps are mainly divided into the following types according to their scope of use:
D type: D type pump is used for conveying clean water without solid particles and temperature lower than 80 ℃ or liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. Suitable for mine factories and urban water supply and drainage projects.
MD type: MD type wear-resistant multi-stage pumps for coal mines are based on D-type pumps. The components of the flow part are made of wear-resistant materials, which have the advantages of wear resistance and long life. They are especially suitable for mine drainage and solid pumping. Mines and other liquids with particles not greater than 1.5%, and the liquid temperature is not higher than 80 ° C.
DF type: DF type pump is used to transport corrosive liquids without solid particles and the temperature is -20 ℃ ~ 105 ℃. The allowable pressure at the pump inlet is less than 0.6MPa. The user can reasonably select the material, seal form, structure of the pump and the capacity of the motor according to the name, concentration, specific gravity, operating temperature and pump inlet pressure of the conveying medium.

Conditions of Use:
D, MD type multi-stage centrifugal pump is suitable for mine drainage, factory and urban water supply, DG boiler feed pump is suitable for small boiler water supply and urban water supply.
Structural characteristics and working principle:
D, MD, DF type pumps are horizontal, single-suction, segmented multi-stage centrifugal pumps. The suction port is horizontal and the discharge port is vertical and horizontal. The pump housing parts such as the water inlet section, middle section, water outlet section and bearing body of the pump are connected together by tightening bolts, and the number of pump stages is selected according to the pump head. (The inlet and outlet directions of the pump can be changed according to user needs.)
This series of pump rotor part is mainly composed of shaft and impeller, shaft sleeve, balance plate and other parts installed on the shaft. The number of impellers depends on the number of pump stages. The parts on the shaft are fastened with a flat key and a shaft nut to make them integrated with the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings at both ends. The bearings vary according to the model, and they do not bear axial force. The axial force is balanced by the balance disk. The pump is allowed to move axially in the pump casing during operation. Uses radial ball bearings. Rolling bearings are lubricated with grease, sliding bearings are lubricated with thin oil, self-lubricating with oil rings, and circulating water cooling.
The sealing surfaces between the inlet, middle and outlet sections of the pump are sealed with molybdenum disulfide grease. A seal ring and a guide vane sleeve are installed between the rotor part and the fixed part for sealing. The degree of wear has affected the new function of the pump and should be replaced.
There are two types of shaft seals: mechanical seals and packing seals. D, MD, DF type pumps mostly use packing seals, and mechanical seals can also be used. The location of the packing ring must be correct, and the tightness of the packing must be appropriate. It is advisable that the liquid can seep drop by drop. Various sealing elements of the pump are installed in the sealed cavity, and water with a certain pressure must be passed into the cavity to serve as water seal, water cooling or water lubrication. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.
This series of pumps are directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. From the direction of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
