2 Control requirements
The lifting pump station uses remote communication and SCADA monitoring system to realize the unattended function of the pump station.

Each pump (centrifugal submersible sewage pump) needs to be equipped with a coupling interface, a coupling base, a stainless steel rail and a guide hook device or a chain and other necessary accessories, which play a connecting role when moving and automatically in place. The coupling device can slide freely from the pump pit to the coupling base along the guide rail under the traction of the lifting chain. When the pump is placed at the lowest end, its coupling interface and the coupling base can be tightly combined, and it can be completely sealed only by the pressure of the pump's own weight. . The entire weight of the pump is borne by the coupling base. The pump body and the pump pit will leave a certain distance and cannot be directly contacted.
The volute of the pump will be a complete gray cast iron 35B grade (DIN 1691, GG25), designed for eccentricity, with a smooth flow channel large enough to pass the particles entering the impeller.
The impeller is made of gray cast iron of 35B grade (DIN1691, GG25). Anti-winding and non-clogging design. Impellers can handle solids, fibers, thick sludge and other impurities in sewage. The clearance between the impeller and the volute can be adjusted with an adjusting bolt. The impeller and shaft are secured by a corrosion-resistant locking bolt. 5.Internal circulation closed cooling jacket
This cooling system surrounds the stator chamber and eliminates the heat generated by the motor. The plug-in mechanical seal or small impeller in the impeller allows the coolant to circulate in the cooling jacket. The coolant will be monopropylene glycol or other similar coolants that are non-toxic to the environment. Turbulence is formed in the cooling system to ensure the transfer of heat. The cooling jacket is provided with filling holes and exclusion holes. It is not acceptable to use a pumped medium cooling system or an oil-filled motor cooling method. The pump and motor shaft will be the same unit, and the pump shaft will be an extension of the motor shaft, and cannot be coupled. The material of the pump shaft will be ASTM-431 or 420 stainless steel, and it cannot be replaced with a sleeved stainless steel pump shaft.
The sewage pump is automatically coupled to the pressure pipeline through an automatic coupling device of the guide rail, with a 304 stainless steel hanging chain. Easy maintenance.
